The 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette is a fine example of quality and value in the competitive minivan class. It has one engine type and trim level that rise through from a very solid offering of features to very luxurious indeed. Available Models
The 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette has three trim levels including the GL, GLS and Premier Edition. They all share an engine model but have varying standard features and available optional add-ons.

Interior Features
On the basic GL model of the 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette line, as mentioned before, a solid collection of standard features are offered. Outside the Silhouette, fine styling and functional features make up a solid package that includes a roof rack, rear privacy glass, fog lights and alloy wheels.

Performance
The Silhouette has a single engine choice. This 3.4-liter overhead cam V6 has good power production with 185 hp at 5200 rpm and has 210 lb-ft of torque at 4000 rpm. The 4-speed automatic is the standard transmission offering and it is capable of 19/26 mpg (city/hwy) (AWD gets 18/24).

Traction control and load-levelling suspension is also standard on this Oldsmobile minivan and it comes with 225/60R16 tires.

Safety and Security
A theft deterrent system, antilock brakes, dual front and front side airbags are standard safety features on the Silhouette at all levels. At the next level up, rear-obstacle detection, an air-inflation system, and 4-wheel disc brakes are standard equipment.
